Thermostat change
I bought a 160 degree thermostat and was scoping out the job yesterday. I see that the thermostat is about half way down the engine. How much fluid am I going to lose when I change it? Are we talking 5 gal bucket under the car or what?

there is a procedure on here about how to swap the thermostat without losing more than a cup or so. it involves unbolting the thermostat, and doing a quick change like the opening scene in indiana jones from raiders. make sure you reprogram your fans or you wont see any change in temps.
