Parking Brake ?
1 month ago I bought a 02 Z06 and the parking brake does not stay up.....when I pull up it does not catch on anything and comes back down...However when I do pull up on it it does stop the car from rolling...
Is the something unhooked?

Its in the mechanism right there at the handle. I've never had to disassemble my brake handle but there's a ratchet mechanism there and I'll guess that a spring has broken or become disconnected. Again, I've not had to repair mine so I truly don't know.
