Default Lowered on stock bolts problem

I just lowered my 2000 Coupe Z51 with 90k miles on stock bolts as per one of the guides floating around here. I had no issues and I just got back from a 300 mile round trip so I'd imagine the suspension has had plenty of time to settle. I did the front bolts to the maximum and loosened the 1/4 turn and the back bolts are roughly 2 threads showing but look even. Measured at the jack puck points the back sits at just about 5" on either side. The front passenger side is a tad under 5". The Drivers side is 4 1/2". From what I've read, the drivers side on bottomed out adjustments should be slightly higher, but certainly not half an inch lower? Could this be suspension damage, or just a fluke? Obviously its not a big deal to crank it up and level it up with the other side, but this is a pretty substantial difference.

I pretty much had the same thing happen when I lowered mine. What I did was have my neighbor sit in the drivers seat and made adjustments, took it for a ride, rinse, repeat, until the car sat level.
All is good now

Don't forget to get an alignment all around or your tires will be toast very quickly!
