Active Handling Service Vehicle Warning

Service Active Handling Warning - Brakes Locking Up
I'm having some Active Handling issues with it engaging when I hit the brakes occasionally. It will lock the brakes up for a bit - or at least that's what it feels like... Not completely and only briefly - and then give two warnings on the DIC - Service Active Handling and Service Vehicle Soon. Any idea what's up and where to start fixing that?
