Seat part info please..
I have been searching to find the name or part number of a broken part of my drivers seat. (2000 coupe/black) The piece I need is the one on the bottom of the seat where the controls are. It broke in the front where it attaches to the frame..
Any help w/b appreciated..

I call it a "seat bezel". The book calls it "seat trim panel". There is an "old" and "new" style. The new (if I remember), has two locator studs on the inside. The old does not. I think the dealer only has the new style. I replaced the bezel on my "98, which was old style so I had to dremel off the studs.

Not hard at all. On mine, there is a screw at the bottom front edge of the bezel and another behind the seat lever. Remove the C clip on the back of the lever and pull lever off to get to the screw. After replacing the bezel, put C clip back on lever, position lever where it should be, and press on.
