Yesterday at ATCO was a great day to race. I got more than enough runs (15). Round and round we went without even stopping. I believe this is what contibuted to my best time because My oil temp was High, 235 degrees and coolant was fairly low about 180 degrees. My best time is below:
I'm more excited about my trap speed than my ET. My best MPH before was 120 MPH. This is the first time I power shifted with my heads and cam set up and it resulted in 3-4 mph higher trap speeds than normal shifting (raising my foot off the gas when I shift). I was running 117 - 118 mph trap speeds when shifting normal and 120 + when power shifting. With better traction and a lower gears I should see low 11's. Not in my budget right now.
