12 disc changer error

I turned the ignition off in my 2001 Coupe off right after I switched from AM to Disc with my factory 12 disc changer. Next time I started it I got an 'err' message. I opened the sliding changer door and the discs turn and seem to be trying to cycle but the cartrige won't eject. I've checked the owner's manual and service manual but no help there.

Any suggestions?

Sort of sounds like a disc is jammed. If it won't eject, then you'll need to pull it out and take the lid off to find out what's wrong.

I had similar problems, twice, and found a disc jammed up inside. I finally took the changer out and haven't missed it.
