What are symptoms of Drive Shaft Coupler failure?
Have a 2000 manual, highly modified with about 475 HP.
Have a clunk noise in the rear when hitting a bump.
Have checked sway bar, shock mounts and all suspension parts and they are tight.
Cat back where it crosses over the axles?
" " comes close to the differential?
Differential nuts loose where it attaches to cradle?
Broken rear shock?
Ball joint?
C/arm bushing?
Are you sure the sway bar is not broken where it attached w/the U shaped clamp?
I would think the coupler if bad would stay in tune with the the rpm's
when moving & not when hitting bumps.
