Check the forum mall. West Coast Corvettes has them for around $1300. I plan to get them and a set of T1 sway bars someday but I'm doing the go fast goodies before messing with the suspension so I can't give you any first hand experience
Ability to adjust for firmness, height, like the way they look. Had them on my '87 and liked them. I have also snapped two front springs so far on my C5.
If you decide to go the coilover road take a look at the two threads in this post, the first one has recommendations from the #1 coilover suspension specialist (DRM) and the second is forum member vettethret's coilover story, quite interesting to read :)
As always to get the most out of your car you need to have swaybars, spring rates and shock valving that match your car and the intended use. The best tip is to get a complete package from a tuner/vendor that have tested all parts togheter and found the best working setups. They should have setups that will differ depending on how you will use your car. http://forums.corvetteforum.com/zerothread?id=216027http://forums.corvetteforum.com/zerothread?id=204271

Re: (Help) Coil Overs on all 4 (seanr)
How did you snap the spring twice are you off roading? I have 60 k on mine and z51 and seems to out run everything everything I've seen this year in handling. If you get them go to DRM. If I had extra money I would go for them but I need coolers (4) and accusump first. :cry
They are also compleatly independant so there isn't any cross talk (one side affecting the other) like you get in a transverse leaf spring setup
