Default One more CLB problem

I bought an 01 convt with manual trans 2 weeks ago. Never heard of the column lock issue until it happened 2 days after I got it home. Did what the manual said and had it towed to the dealer. Got on the internet and got an education!! Dealer called next day and says its fixed. Drove it for 2 days and had same problem. Decided to go with Corvettes of Houston CLB after talking to a couple of friends with the same problem. Installed CofH CLB yesterday and it did not work! Then I see the notice at bottom of instructions that says it will not work if K harness is installed. Called dealer and they did install K harness. Am I screwed or can I remove the K harness and reinstall? Right now the car is sitting with fuses 23-25-29 pulled. The other question is where is the K harness located- I have a picture of the harness but not the location. Thanks

I believe the K harnes is in the passenger footwell, possibly adjacent to the fuse box.
