Tail light issue
I have only my outer tail lights working under just normal running lights and brake lights. My inner two only work with the blinkers? Every other car I have seen both work on both sides at all times? Also my blinkers blink really fast like a bulb is out. Any thoughts?

If the blinkers are doing their thing really fast, means an element is not lighting up. Now if both sides are doing the same thing, cycle the hazard switch and see if things start working. Another off the top of my head thought would be, when did this start happening and what changed at the time? Are the correct lamps installed?
