Default I need help with my 60ft!

well im currently having trouble getting my 60' times down. they should be way lower than they are. car is:
2001 z06
h/c/i
26x11.5-16 et streets
4.10 gears
stock suspension
spec 3+ clutch

when i had the car with cai, 4.10's, lightweight clutch and et streets only, i had a best of 1.64, with an average of 1.66-1.69. now with the added power and different clutch as the only change, i cannot get lower than a 1.69. usually around 1.71. its driving me bananas cuz i know the car can run a better e.t.

so i went 11.97@115 with gears/cai/clutch/et streets
to
11.52@123 with the added h/c/i/spec 3+

so i think my 60' is what is stopping me from low 11's. the car seems like it either bogs or it spins. i've had about 20-25 passes in it on the new setup and i just cant get the perfect launch i used to have.

please help! thanks!

There's a big difference between bogging and spinning, should be real simple to figure out which one it is.

What all have you done to the car since it was tuned last?

Maybe your tires are getting passed their prime. As they age, they dont work as well, and with the added power, it would make things worse.
Have you tried burning the tires a little longer?
Have you tried adjusting the tire pressures?
How well was the track prepped the last time you went?
How was the weather?
Maybe you just need to find the sweet spot (RPM to launch)

Lots of things to think about.

Your jump from 115mph to 123mph indicates a pretty good HP jump, so it might just take a little more prctice. Good luck.

Only change was ls7 manifolds.

The tires could be pretty old. They're getting somewhat thin. I messed with tire pressure a little. Hard telling on track prep, I Think it was decent.
