code 1431 what gives gm build a corvette that the gas gauge works
i had my left pump replace with the new part number last month had the right side done sat took the car out sun check gauge light comes on fuel gauge goes to empty. i reset the code and it went back to normal drove 10 more miles same thing i reset it again back to normal.park the car take it to work mon and today no problems.what gives can gm make a corvette with a gas gauge that works right. any thoughts i don't know what to do this sucks.

I know when I stopped topping off my tank when I fill up mine starting working right. That is what happens when you try to cut corners and keep costs down :rolleyes:
