I've not taken it off myself but during the assembly process at the factory, its the last main body part to go on, therefore it should come off fairly easy.
you are going to need to remove about half the fasteners that secure the fascia in order to clear the studs that hold the fender to the fascia. you will need to move the fascia out of the way before you can remove the fender. there is also a fastener or two on the inside of the fender near the cove you will need to remove.
I know this is the wrong side, but there was a recent thread with some pretty good pictures for taking off the driver's side. I am not sure if the passenger's side would be similar.
