help with enhancer plate installation

Default help with enhancer plate installation


just bought this and cant figure out how to install it. I know you need to drill and bolt it on, but I cant get it past the exhaust to fit it in place. Do you need to lower the exhaust? If so, can someone tell me how to do that?
