C-5 headlights
My headlights won't come on (flip-up) after I start the engine. I need to start the engine then turn it off, switch on the lights, which then usually pop up, re-start the engine. Has anyone experienced this? Any suggestions.

Try raising them manually. Perhaps something needs to reset itself.
Also, cover the light sensor on the dash. See if that changes it. If they raise then it could be the amount of light or the delay that you have set on the lights.

I'm wondering if you just might have a motor gear box problem.. Do you hear any grinding sounds coming from the headlight area?? Usually it's only one failing.. One headlamp will
come up and the other won't... Or are you seeing both headlamps doing the same thing, together??
Could also be the headlight switch on the steering column.. They fail at times..
