Ls2

just curious here, anybody know if a LS2 engine will drop right in a 2000 corvette with the LS1 without alot of fitment issues or is it a smooth swap

Physically it will fit right in, a few things have to changed regarding the electronics and wiring. I don't know exactly what else but a new wiring harness is one of things. I blew up my stroked head/ cam ls2 402 and I am getting a cammed ls3 dropped in as we speak.

kool, thanks for the info. id like to find just a ls2 longblock since already have a ton of performance parts already, i dont want a crate engine if i can help it
