Take the MAF off and spray it with TB cleaner and reassemble.

I remove the MAF ends and spray with throttle body cleaner. Throttle body cleaner has solvents specifically for the type of dirt in an intake system. While the sensors are wet, I swipe them a few times with a small artist brush, then spray them off again and blow dry with compressed air. Throw it all back together and you're on the road.
