Head removal with ARP studs?
I may be having to remove the heads from the engine I just installed because a possible lifter failure, not exactly sure what the slight knock is yet, but it sounds like its in the mid/top end. Hard to tell forsure, But in the case I do have to remove the heads, I have ARP head studs. CAN the heads even be removed with the engine still in the car with head studs? i know the heads already dont have that much room to lift before hitting the firewall. Let me know if anyone has any experience with this. Thanks.

DTB, I asked the same question a week or so ago and the answer was yes, the heads will come off. Also, because the studs are only hand tightened, you can remove the rear most ones easily if you like.
