Disconnecting Tire Senosors..help please.
Greetings All,
I'm currently running non-runflats. Much to my dismay the car is going crazy with warning messages. I get "high tire pressure" for all 4 tires.
How can I disconnect or remove the tire sensors. Thank you

What cold tire pressure are you running to start with ? I hope it isn't over 30 psi .....

I am running non-runflats and no problems with sensors here. Did the problem start right after you put them on?

Did you reprogram the sensors? Are the wheels in the same positons as before tire change?

Thank all of you very much for your replies.
As soon as the new tires were put on i started getting the messages. It is very annoying because it cycles through EVERY tire. I haven't checked the actual tire pressures of the current tires. I didn't realize this would effect the reading of the sensor since the tires are not EMT.
If you guys think that will help I'll check.

My guess is tha the tires are over inflsted and/or the wheels are crossed from their previous positons and the sensors need to be reprogramed to renew their position on the car.
