Default pinched hose

Today as I was checking under the hood of my LS1 C5 I wanted to make sure the air bridge coupler clamps were tight, that is when I noticed that the large coupler hose clamp had a small rubber hose caught in between it and the air bridge coupler. This pinched hose comes from the radiator and goes to a T connection that has a small hose going to each head,my question is this must be for cooling the heads and if not what is the main function of this hose and what kind of damage may have happened by this hose being pinched. The car is driven very little, less that 200 miles a month.

Truthfully I don't know the exact function of that tube but I will say, fix it now. After doing so, pull your codes just in case. Assuming the engine is running and your engine temperatures are ok, I'll guess and hope that nothing happened to the motor.

Well, after some researching it turns out that this small coolant hose is the throttlebody coolant bypass hose which was done on my car sometime in the past,my question is, is there any chance that this pinched hose caused any harm for the short period that it was pinched? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
