Let me first start off by claiming myself as a newbie....I have seen several postings, but am not sure at this point what I need to do.
Current issue - my horn does not sound.
I have replaced the blown horn fuse a couple of times and swapped the relays for the horn. As it sits now, the fuse remains intact and the horn still does not work, even after swapping relays.
When the alarm is set off, the lights flicker and the car is fully engaged as if were being stolen. But, no horn sounds.
Assumptions: I am led to believe that the horn was going bad which caused the initial fuse to blow. Now that the fuse does not blow, the horn must be totally dead.
I feel that my only solution at this point is to replace the horn.
Questions: Have I missed a step in troubleshooting?
If yes, what steps did I miss?
If no, I need help in figuring out where it is located and how to get to it. Pictures or videos will help greatly as I cannot find the horn behind the passenger headlights.
My biggest issue is that I cannot find the horn, let alone the horn connector. Guidance?
I see you are relatively new to the forum, so perhaps you are not familiar with the search function at the top right of the threads. It will provide a lot of answers to common questions.
