2 weeks without headlights
1) Checked fuses
2) Checked resistance between contacts on headlight-switch/blinker-arm. I rotated the white wheel through all the positions. 0ohms at all contacts.
3) Checked resistance through wiring on headlight-switch/blinker-arm
4) Removed aftermarket HID headlights and ballast
5) Replaced low-beams with Sylvania 9006s
6) Checked voltage on connectors going to low-beams and high-beams (battery voltage here)
Still no lights!! My brights will come on when I pull the headlight-switch/blinker-arm towards me (flash to pass), but that is all. Is there anything else the previous owner would have done when installing the HIDs?
Does anyone have the wiring diagram or what I should check next?

You can also bend the electrical contacts in the original switch to restore their "springy" capability. For me that lasted 6 months. hence the new switch.
