ac/heat issue
I just bought a 99 FRC with dual climate control. the issue is that the drivers side is working normally hot or cold depending on the dial setting.
The passenger side only blows hot air no AC no matter if the dial is set to cold or hot.
I also read the manual and it said in the 12 o'clock position it would react to the input from the drivers side.
that has no effect either it just blows hot air.
Can anyone who has had this issue give me a heads up I really appreciate the help.

Pull your codes from the DIC and look closely at the HVAC codes. I'll expect you'll find a 461 or 463 code. If you do, clear it/them as this will cause the system to recalibrate. If the code comes right back, then you "probably" need to replace the actuator.
