Hi everyone, this is my first post.
i'm planning on rebuilding my torque tube when i change my clutch, my question is this, are the couplers from corvette central the ones made in germany or are they made in china???
Also, should i change the flywheel and pressure plate bolts or can you reuse the old ones?

I don't know about the ones from Corvette Central but I'm pretty sure the German ones are BMW parts.
I'd recommend getting new bolts. I used ARP bolts when I replaced mine...

The fw bolts are torque to yeild. you could probably re-use the pp bolts, but it is not recommended. also replace all the coupler bolts with new ones.
I would only buy the couplers from someone who advertised them as the german ones. there is another option from RPM transmissions that is better than the german ones, but more expensive.

Our 585113 couplers are sourced in Germany. The billet/poly couplers we have (585091) are sourced from Prothane, and have a 6061 T6 billet aluminum carrier wrapped around specially formulated polyurethane. This eliminates breakage while dampening the NVH commonly found on solid aftermarket units.
I ended up buying GM. I made a purchase from another supporting vendor here for "German made" couplers and they fell apart within 1 year causing nasty driveline vibration.

I have big power and bought the expensive but very good
couplers from RPM as well. Price $375 but worth it on big
power.
