Not sue if that is the correct term for them "bezels"... I am referring to the black concave plastic pieces that surround the fog lights (if you have the fog-light option as I do) that block the air flow from entering the bumper from the front on the right and left side of the license plate.
How hard is it to remove those if you have fog-lights? Does the bumper have to come off?
No the fascia doesn't have to come off but it's not a fun job.
I removed mine a long time ago and installed the Z06 screens with real bolts.
You have to access them from the bottom.

There are 3x10mm bolts that hold them in place. Two are one above the other on the inboard side (near the front plate holder). The other goes vertically through a tab in the assembly and also serves to attach the inner side of the front turn signal mount. This one can be reached (with difficulty) by pushing the brake duct out of the way. For me, the center ones were easy--I was in the process of cutting a hole behind the plate cover to install a screened cover. Your results will vary. And BTW, there are two tabs on each one that support the wiring harness that runs across the nose. Unless you're installing z06 screens (that also have the tabs on them), you'll need to figure out what to do to support the harness.

Yes this is a good point, it's the harness that triggers the SIR.
