I started tearing into pulling my intake manifold to replace the oil pressure sensor and of course every brittle plastic line I touched snapped. So I'm figuring all the lines are bad and just ordered new of everything, but in looking at all the lines I saw this solenoid that looked like it should have vacuum lines going to it. None of the diagrams I've seen show this. Anyone know what it is and where lines are supposed to go to/from it?
Dude, I have exactly the same thing on my '98 6 speed coupe. I'm installing an LS6 intake and thought that I surely forgot something, lost something or I'm just too dumb to remember where they went. I looked like crazy for like 2 days and I can't see anywhere for them to connect to. Maybe our hero Bill Curlee or someone way smarter than us can help.

I can't run out and check my '99 as its in a storage unit for the moment. I don't remember that solenoid on mine but doesn't mean I remember everything either.
