Default Need help with this mess

A buddy and myself were installing longtubes on his car and everything went smoothly, but when we connected the battery after everything was complete, several things happened:
fans automatically came on, and never turned off, no key in ignition
screen flashed reduced engine power, also said service engine soon
and after all that it isn't starting, I am assuming its an electrical issue, just lost right now
then the DIC gave a slew of codes all which said no connection next to them
BO-RFA
10-PSM
28-TCS
40-BCM
58-SDM
60-IPC
80-RADIO
99-HVAC
A0-LDCM
A1-RDCM

I have no idea what to do and we need to get it running soon, any help is much appriciated

Clear them all and see how things go, make sure the battery has a good charge on it too.

I would bet that it's a low/dead charged battery.
Trickle charging the batteries, when car is not in use, are the C/5's electrical systems "best friend".

done, but the pcm-10 no connections still shows up, and the fans still kick on when I remove the key, even though the car has been off for 12 hours

Did you remove the starter for the installation? Have you inadvertently left solenoid wires disconnected?

FYI - The list you have only shows all the modules checked by the dic i.e . PCM - Power Control Module The codes will be 4 digits with a H (history) or C (current) at the end - i.e. P0401H

Might start here - http://www.c5help.com/c5_no_start.htm

unless you pulled sensors off or forgot to plug some back in, its gotta be the starter. take a breather, drink a beer, and double check anything made out of or containing plastic.
