Default Code P1516

Heres the deal. I put a new air filter on my 98 vette and cleaned the throttle body. I did use my hand to sway the plate back in fourth. Every since then Ive been throwing the p1516 code. Car goes into the Reduced engine mode. I tried putting the stock filter back in and it does the same thing. The problem had been getting consitantly worse. I know it has something to do with the TAC. Do yall think I could have messed something up moving the plate? Help please

Usually related to when a new air filter, air bridge, throttle body or intake manifold is installed or reinstalled. You might have a small leak.....check for leaks, clear codes and see if it comes back.
