For the past few days and just on the morning drive to work (14 miles)
The DIC displays the ABS-ACTIVE HANDLING SERVICE MESSAGE, I hit the reset button and the DIC message goes away but the trouble lights for both stay on until I stop, turn the key off and re-start.........I notice zero differance in driving, braking etc......what gives?
This all depends on what year your car is. The circuit shown here applies to the 01-04 cars and the pump motor ground circuit is shown as a couple of leads that come out of the BPMV and go into the EBCM and circuit 1250 that goes from the EBCM to G103. The switch in the EBCM could be faulty as well.
I believe Bill Curlee posted a picture of the connections between the BPMV and the EBCM. A search may bring them up.
There is a complete diagnostic procedure attached to this post.
