Interesting, thanks for posting. I understand that direct fuel injection will require extermely low sulfur fuel which will not be available for awhile.

I don't know about you guys, but I like the sound of "DUHC" (Dual Under-Head Cam, pronounced "duck"). :)
Think it'll catch on?
It'll kick butt having seperate cams for intake and exhaust. Did everyone read the bit about "phasing" of the intake cam, seperately from exhaust? You can have a 118 LSA for low rpm, and a 108 LSA for high RPM. No more crappy idle and sputtering needed for a monster high-end cam! The computer will adjust it all for you!

Maybe GM should learn to build a simple pushrod motor that doesn't burn oil first :smash:

of the 9 i have owned new the 2 big blocks were the ones that burned oil. never had to check the oil,at 600 miles just add a quart.:chevy
