I turned on the lights, then turned them off (so the bulbs are off, but the headlights are still up) and stuck my hand in and swaped them. Fairly simple. Took a little twisting and turning, but seemed to work fine :D

Man I did not think of that. I spun the manual opener to raise mine.
The install is pretty straight forward. Just make sure that all of the tabs are in place before you twist to install. You will see what I am talking about. If not the lights will be out of adjustment.
