RPT Austin has been working with a particular 2002 Corvette Z06 and has served well in testing camshafts. This one has 44k miles on the clock and is a complete beast with the LS6. We have tested many camshafts and we have a winner. Similarly, we have tested many cold air systems and amazing how they will vary. At the end of day, the right parts will give you the results you are looking for.
The green line consists of the following mods:
England Green Whiplash II Camshaft
Vararam CAI
FAST 90 Intake Manifold
LS2 Throttlebody
Ported LS6 Heads
TPIS Longtube Headers
Catted X-Pipe
B&B Catback
The magenta line consists of the upgrades:
Smaller camshaft change
Halltech Killer Bee II with the LS3 MAF Sensor….490 rwhp/446 ft-lbs
On top of that, we added a bit more with a 175 shot……holy crap
