Default Interior lights

I have had this issue lingering over my head for a few months now and I have finally grown sick of the greif from my wife has given me. Since I got the car my vanity lights have not worked. I checked the bulbs and they are fine. My map lights I noticed only come on with the door open. If I click the switch they dont come on. This got me curious so I checked under the hood and this light is not functional either. ALL BULBS AND FUSES HAVE BEEN TESTED. Anyone else ran into something like this or any advice on what I can test next?

I don't let my wife in my car so I never noticed if there was a problem

Thanks I will double check those specifically>
