Default Should you ALWAYS set wipe pattern?

http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c5-t...e-pattern.html

I'm reading on this now, but at the same time all of the "replace your own rockers" posts, including that on LS1howto.com, dont mention it.

I cant imagine why you wouldnt always want to do this? Is it standard that people do this, or is it above and beyond security that only some do?

that is for roller tip rockers.

stock rockers sit on the inside of the valve stem and move to the outside as it lowers. You don't have to adjust these
