Going against the grain here. . I like my Flowmasters b/c my C5 is a daily driver and these are actually pretty quiet until I go WOT. . then it sounds more like an italian car than an LS1. They don't sound AT ALL like the typical Flowmasters on Mustangs or trucks etc. . I'm not sure why. Plus, I don't have any tips, so the back end looks almost like it has no exhaust at all. Every vette I see has the massive chrome tips and I just didn't want that. I've yet to see anyone else w/ these.
Listened to them all, and choose the one you like best. I chose the Corsa Indys with X pipe. Suited my tastes. They work for me like I wanted and I hope you are as satisified with your decision. :chevy
LOOKS LIKE STINGERS ARE OUT OF MIX DUE TO THELAPD WILL NOT SELL ANYMORE DUE TO QUALITY AND CUSTOMER RETURNS.....Looks like Corsa Pace Car Edition 3.5 tips or B&B TriFlo Route 66's quad tip...
If you have an A4 Stingers may not be for you. If you have a 6 spd, resonance kicks in above 3000 rpms. Low and throaty at idle and cruise...race car scream at WOT. Cool system, but not subtle. I also like PRT's and Corsa Indy's, but Borla was my choice plus they are light wieght. :D

 Yeh, I would rely more on the options that the actual customers have. The Stingers rock and the quality is just as good as Corsas and B&Bs, quality is better than the B&Bs I had. I pulled B&Bs 66s off my car for stingers... not a single regreat here, lets see 1/2 the cost, better flow, a whole lot lighter, and my Corvette sounds like a real car now. Buy whatever you want, but lets see there has been 1 return among the hundred or so forum members that have bought them, and they just returned them for a new set.
UPDATE...called some other vendors(we will leave them un-named) and guess what...they have not had any units returned, in fact cannot keep them in stock...STINGERS BABY... :yesnod:
How bout running the tpis long tubes with the stingers. Dont want it to be obnoxiously loud. (had a '65 fastback that set off car alarms down the street, dont want to repeat that.) Putting the TPIS on thursday will see how much louder they are. Was leaning twords the daytonas, but after this looking more and more at the stingers.
I have never seen or listened to the Stingers (I would like to) but I can
tell you I love the sound of the Corsa Daytona's and I do love the Twin
Pipe design over the 4 pipes. I bet that no matter which exhaust you
buy you will love it.

Just installed a straight thru exhaust from Mid America. The configuration is similar to the Lake Pipe exhausts of the mid to late 60's. Sure has a lot of hair on it. Price is reasonable and gas mileage increased. Sounds just like the side exhausts of the late 60s.
