dont forget valve springs and a different push rod length depending on the deck height for the heads your getting. if they are a stock height head deck most go with 7.425in rods but its always best to measure.

id also recemmend patriot extreme duals springs for that size cam. good to .660 lift

also what is your power goals? may not need a cam that big your can get better driveability with a different choice...

Seems like a pretty big cam. Upper rev range power. Going to need a good tuner.

With .621 lift and heads milled .020 I would make sure check the PTV.
Also consider going with the Comp Cams trunion upgrade for the rocker arms.....LS6 manifold.....

Definitely check PTV clearance, has more to do with Lobe separation and Duration than max lift though, as full lift is a achieved when the piston is down in the cylinder. More of a top end cam than I'd like for a street car, but to each his own; I'd prefer something in 228/230, but with that stall you would be able to run just about anything you want.

I have a 226/230 .600 lift cam with .030 milled heads and the PTV is close on the intake. So by all means check it.
I think that is a lot of cam for an auto with not a bunch of stall. However, I'm not speaking from experience because I haven't finished mine yet.
You might also consider the Cloyes hex adjust timing set. They are nice, the chain is tight.

It should run great, but check your PTV clearance and be prepared to flycut because it may be necessary (It's pretty simple, nothing to be worried about). I've done a 235/243 for a couple guys before with ported 243 heads and had great results.

Personally, I'd consider flycutting regardless and running .040 head gaskets to maximize the return from the parts installed.
