Default Horn Help

I have been reading through alot of your posts and I firmly believed that my stuck horn was attributed to a bad horn membrane. I purchased and replaced them and when I put the battery in the horn was still blarring. I dont know where to procede from here. I am not sure if this is related to the problem but my waterfall release button does not work. Is there an easy way to get to the actual horns or is there another smokin gun that I maybe missing.

Try just pulling the Horn relay in the engine compartment Fuse/relay box. I think it's relay 36. Micro Relay... If you need to disconnect the horns. There is an access pannel under the nose on the passenger side of the car. The horns are just under and in front of you passenger side headlight...
