Default Clutch/Hydraulic issues

Well here we go again it seems. I have an 02 Z06 that I replaced the clutch(LUK Gold/Fidanza) and slave in several years back. I don't drive the car much and drag race it maybe once a year. Car has a H&C package and makes 460rwhp. Just took it out a couple weeks ago and did a couple roll- ons with a 600 and the pedal went to mush. Couldn't change from 3rd-4rth, feels like I'm locked out. Let the rpms come way down, pump the clutch a couple times and then it will go in gear.
We bled it twice today (Motul 600) and the same results. After doing some back to back roll runs and slowing down to a stop I couldn't pull the car out of 1st gear. It doesn't matter which gear I select after 3rd. It won't go to 6th either so it isn't a bad syncro. It's hard to even remove it from 3rd when at a high rpm with the clutch depressed.
I haven't lost any fluid and absolutely no air came out of the system either time we bled it.
It seems as though the clutch is still engaged with the pedal depressed but, the pedal doesn't feel right either when you're on the car hard. The clutch doesn't slip at all.
Looks like everything is going to have to come out. Any input for me guys. I know this is pretty common with these cars (hydraulic issues) but the last time the pedal felt spongy we bled it and it was fine. No dice this time around.

Thanks,

I'd switch out the clutch master cylinder along with another bleed, before tear down.
Good luck.
