Any tips on taking apart a splice pack?
I can see they have plastic tabs that need to push in. Having problems opening one up. Was able to get the mounted ones apart but not the loose hanging ones.

I inserted a very small screwdriver under the plastic loops, two on opposite corners, to get them stretched high enough to slip the lock tab under the loops. Worked on all of them, no loop breakage.
Just high enough to get the tab started under the loop. Snaps back together fine aftrward.
To clean the female connector wire sockets, I ground down an ancient points file so that it would fit into the socket. Only one side had file texture after grinding.
After everything was clean I used dielectric grease to keep corrosion down.
