I ran 12.83 @ 111.39 Mph w/ 2.103 60' the first time I went to the track. I did have the MAS screen and the airbox cover removed, though. The car was making 309 and 320 Rw corrected with race weight of 3355 Lbs.
Popular Mechanics recorded a 12.98 from a bonestock 99 FRC in one of it's comparison tests. Also, I recall one of Muscle Mustangs & Fast Fords test drivers running a 12.66 at Englishtown back in 99 in a bonestock FRC under perfect conditions. I can't remember any more figures or info about these runs.

Current Vettes come in 3 styles ... a Coupe which has a removable top, the convertable, and the FRC which has no removable top ...
Currently the FRC model is a model known as the Z06, it has a different engine which has 405HP, compared to the Coupe & Vert at 350HP ...
During 1999 and 2000 the FRC was the "budget" Corvette ... sales dropped off ... so in 2001 they gave it a HP boost and now we have the Z06

Cool thanks. Also, what are some of the common aftermarket air intakes for the vette? I see a lot of people have a vortex rammer. Can I get a link to the company?

You can't include the Z06 because it is not an LS1. It's an LS6 engine. I know of two crazy drivers here on LI that have run 12.8s bone stock with their LS1s from the factory with no changes what so ever.
