AC compressor oil in a C5
I am evacing, & recharging a 2000 C5 AC system that currently has a low charge. Do I need to add compressor oil and if so which one? Pag? I was going to add 2oz of high viscosity pag with 1 oz of R134a. Thoughts

I would say that you're right on the mark with adding 2oz of PAG oil, as long as the rest of the system has remained intact.
Use PAG 150 refrigerant oil. It's very close to the OEM spec GM refrigerant oil already in the system.
