Bored out throttle body Problem???

Bored out throttle body Problem???
I bored out my stock throttle body and then the metal got a little thin right where the casting goes through into the gear housing side? the gears are sealed them selves but will this effect anything with air coming in through the throttle body?

Yea I got some Jb stick I was going to fill it with. If not I guess I will blow the money on a bbk 80mm the only reason I didnt got with a fast 90 or 92 and throttle body is because I already had this and my 78mm nitrous plate oh well a bbk 80mm should work good with my ported fast 78
