Default Burnout Advice

Now that I have the 3.42s installed :jester :jester :jester (what a weekend!) :jester :jester :jester I would like to take some really cool photos of me doing burnouts. How do you get the coolest smoke rolling off the wheels? Do you put stuff (water or some other liquid ???) on the tires?

Re-read the post. Sounds like an auto. Press the brake down about 3/4 way and stomp on the gas as much as you can without hitting the rev limiter. The car should not move while they start smoking. Then if you want, you can ease off the brake a little and roll forward. It looks really cool

PS Traction control OFF. Do it in a parking lot if you can.

If you have an auto, take TC off, right foot on gas, left foot on brake, and press the pedal......tires will spin and smoke soon appears :D
Hey buckmaster, damn those wheels look

Traction control off, rev to 5k, dump the clutc, get on the brake right away and press it down enough so you dont move forward but not soo hard that it bogs your car. It takes some practice but it can be done.

or you can use your left foot on the clutch and your right heal on the gas and right toe on the brake. Isn't as hard on the drivetrain as side stepping the clutch

I've tried that a couple times...I don't think its possible. It's kinda wierd working a gas pedal with your heel while hold the brake at the sime time with your toes.
