Look to the left inside the fender well and you will see an access door.
Remove all the screws to remove the panel.
You can now se the PCM.
Under the PCM are two screws that hold the wire harness. Remove the harness from the PCM.
The PCM is held in place by a type of clamp. Undo the screw and pull the PCM out. You'll see what I mean. It's pretty easy to do once you have the room.
This looks like it only applies if you are putting in a new PCM. Is this correct? I'm sending out and having my original PCM returned, so will this procedure be necessary? I believe the car "should" start right up. :confused:
