Changed the oil from 5-30 Mobil One to 10-40 Mobil One. The owners manual says that's perfectly acceptable in my area temps. Anyway running cold it was 45psi at idle, and 65psi when running through the gears, and about 50 cruising in 6th at 70mph.
After it got to operating temps of oil being 199-200 degrees, cruising went to 38-40psi 6th gear at 70mph, once stopped it idled at 28-30 psi, but would pump up to 63psi when running through the gears.
Guess there's no problem with the oil pump now, engine has typical sewing machine sound on top end from cam and head work. Nothing screaming out to be worried about.
