Default LS3 conversion

Blew my motor in my C5 Z and I am considering just buying a create LS3. Anyone have info on what I will need for the conversion?

Will the stock computer work fine?

Or if anyone has a thread on this, please link, I couldnt find one...

I called katech, here is the parts list you need for the conversion:

From Katech:

KAT-4750 cam/knock adapter harness
KAT-4751 MAP extension
KAT-5185 MAP adapter (only works with 2003-newer PCMs)
KAT-4752 TB adapter (for Corvette/CTS-V only)
KAT-A4758 injector adapter kit

All available at http://store.katechengines.com

From GM:
12576407 cam sprocket
LS6 knock sensors
