Vibration under accel

Vibration under accel
Hello all, nice forum. Just got me a 2001 auto with 103k on it. It has a driveline vibration under accel, the harder you're inthe gas the worse it gets as the rpm's rise. I've done a little reading on vibrations but there are so many fixes. I'm leaning towards the torque couplers on the shaft, any thoughts on this, how much time to replace them? It's not wheel bearing or tire, and only under power, not on decel. Thanks for any help on this.

I just looked up on the labor guide on times, 8.1 hours to replace, so I guess the trans assy has to come out or go back enought to get shaft out. Also, I do feel a slight vibration when in park or neutral, but not as bad as when it's under load.
