Yes to all.
If you're going to tear that far into the car, don't cheap out on $100 in parts. I just did mine last month and NFW do I want to do that again if the slave fails. For the record, I replaced:
FW, disc, PP, throwout bearing, pilot bearing, slave, master, and added a remote bleeder.

Check your TT couplers as well, but I would recommend replacing them. Mine were cracked at 75k miles. They are extremely expensive, though ($100/ea).
