If you are handy with a soldering iron, its a simple job. You'll need to find the replacement lamps first. Radioshack has some 60ma, 12volt lamps that work but you'll need like 16-17 of them. I suggest that you replace all of them at the same time. Some people switch out the incandescent lamps for LEDs but understand that LEDs are polarized so you have to be careful when installing them in the correct direction or shorting everything out. The ideal lamp is a 70ma/12V but good luck finding them.
